After a long haitus, I'm at it again! This filter was a little difficult to find on the Internet, but not overly so. Construction is first rate, but this filter element is rather narrow, as in the Napa/Wix filter. As a bonus, the can is smaller as a result. The gasket is a well-secured semi-O-ring. This looks to be an excellent filter, and is made in the U.S.A. as well!

UPDATE: I've been informed that Hastings bought Baldwin a few years ago. They kept Baldwin's facility in South Dakota in addition to the Hastings facility in Nebraska.
